Can I cancel during the preview stage?
Yes, at any time and free of charge. No payment is taken before you approve the preview.
Can I return a digital final?
For personalised digital artworks, the statutory exception for custom-made goods applies after preview approval and final delivery. This is shown clearly before payment.
What if my physical artwork arrives damaged?
Report it with a photo within 14 days of delivery. We reprint free of charge first; if that is not possible, you are refunded.
What happens when my revisions run out?
At least 2 revisions are included with every artwork. Extra revisions are paid, and the price is shown before you approve.
