What is Uniq Art?
Uniq Art is a platform that produces personal digital artworks, under curator supervision, from something that is yours: an iris photograph, a photo of a memory, or a voice recording. Every piece comes with a labour label, a production record and a Personal Edition 1/1 lock.
When do I pay?
Only after you approve the preview. No payment is taken before you approve, and no final artwork is produced before payment.
Does Uniq Art sell NFTs?
No. We do not sell NFTs, cryptocurrency or similar digital assets, and we do not accept crypto payments. What we sell is a personal artwork and its production record.
What does “Personal Edition 1/1” mean?
Your personal variant is contractually produced for you alone and is never resold. It is not a claim that no similar image exists anywhere in the world.
What happens to my photos and recordings?
They are used only for your order and are never sent to model training. Source files are deleted 30 days after your order closes.
Can I get a refund?
You can cancel free of charge at any time during the preview stage. For personalised digital finals, the statutory exception for custom-made goods applies after approval; for damaged physical deliveries, we reprint first.
