Where your files live and when they are deleted.
What data do you process?
Account and order details, and the media you upload for your order (iris, photo, voice). Payment details are held only by the payment provider.
How long are my files kept?
Source files are deleted 30 days after your order closes. Previews and ArtiBot conversations are kept for 90 days. The final artwork stays available for as long as you own it.
How do I delete my data?
Request deletion from your account settings; after a 30-day grace period your data is cryptographically deleted and you receive a deletion certificate.
Do you use cookies?
We use no tracking cookies. Analytics runs in cookieless, IP-anonymised mode.
Do you do biometric matching?
No. Iris images are used only for the artistic composition; they are never processed for identification or matching.
