Permitted purpose

Use Uniq Art lawfully: to browse, to send early-access requests for personalised digital artwork from iris images, photographs or voice and separately ordered physical prints, and to contact us. Only submit photographs or recordings you own or have permission to use, and obtain the permission of other people shown in them.

Prohibited conduct

Do not submit malware, unlawfully obtained data or content that infringes rights; impersonate, harass or exploit another person; submit content showing a child without being the guardian or having the guardian's consent; bypass rate limits or other protections; use automated means to submit the form; forge evidence; send unsolicited marketing through our contact channels; or scrape the site in a way that disrupts it.

Security testing must be authorised in writing and must avoid disruption, destructive payloads and personal-data extraction. Good-faith vulnerability reports are welcome at legal@iuniq.art; a reporting channel is not authorisation for unlimited penetration testing.

Enforcement

We may reject a request, quarantine material or temporarily restrict access when proportionate, preserve minimal evidence and notify you. A mere allegation is not treated as proven misconduct. Sanctions are reasoned and proportionate, and mandatory consumer and appeal rights are preserved.

Reporting

Send abuse complaints to support@iuniq.art with the specific page or message and the basis of the complaint. Use legal@iuniq.art for personal-data rights and vulnerabilities. Do not circulate another person's private data to make a report.
