You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection, or withdraw a consent. Tell us your contact address, the platform and the action requested. An account or a copy of your identity document is not required by default. We ask only for proportionate additional information if identity or authority is reasonably in doubt.

Do not send passwords, complete card details or unnecessary health records. Acting for someone else requires evidence of your authority.
