AI disclosure

Uniq Art offers personalised digital artwork from iris images, photographs or voice, and separately ordered physical prints. Today the site only takes early-access requests: no AI model processes customer content on the live site, and the "see it work" demonstration runs in your browser with sample material. If a screen later offers interaction with an AI system, it identifies it before the interaction, and generated people, illustration and simulated outcomes are labelled. An AI role is not a human employee, licensed adviser or a separate contracting party.

Outputs of AI systems can be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable; check them before relying on them. Iris or voice art is not biometric identification; no identity template, medical inference or biometric reuse is authorised.

Your content and data

Use only material you are authorised to provide. Customer content is processed for the agreed service only. Customer files are never used for model training, by us or by our model providers. Before AI services are connected we will update the Privacy Notice with the providers, processing countries and retention involved. Do not use the service for unlawful discrimination, covert monitoring or prohibited manipulation.

Oversight and reporting

Consequential actions that affect you require the applicable human authorisation, and you can ask for human review of a result. Report an incorrect or harmful result to support@iuniq.art and security issues to legal@iuniq.art. We review material reports and correct errors. This notice does not reduce our statutory liability.
