Public access
These terms cover public browsing and enquiries about personalised digital artwork from authorised iris images, photographs or voice and separately ordered physical prints on iuniq.art. They do not activate an account, payment or a regulated service. Sending an early-access request is not a purchase and takes no payment. Digital finals and personalised physical goods have different withdrawal rules. Approval of a preview is not by itself consent to lose digital-content withdrawal rights. Iris or voice art is not biometric identification; no identity template, medical inference or biometric reuse is authorised.
Materials and conduct
Platform and proprietary IP owner: SMARTEDTECH SL, NIF B66970831, Carrer Agricultura, 16, 1º, 9ª, 08320 El Masnou, Barcelona, Spain. Ownership covers proprietary assets owned by or validly assigned to SMARTEDTECH, not customer or third-party assets. Licensed, open-source and contributor rights remain with their holders. Third-party and customer rights remain with their respective holders.
Use public content lawfully; do not impersonate, bypass controls, scrape restricted content, forge evidence, submit unlawful material or infringe rights. An external link identifies a separate destination and its terms. No unrelated ecosystem sharing is authorised.
Responsibility
We exercise required care and remain responsible for our own duties; no blanket exclusion of statutory remedies applies. A paid engagement has its separately accepted terms. Spanish law governs subject to mandatory law. Barcelona courts are chosen for a business dispute only where that choice is legally valid. Consumers keep mandatory protections and courts, including those of habitual residence where applicable. Public procurement, professional and statutory exclusive jurisdiction prevail. No mandatory remedy or access to a regulator is waived.
